Long Weekend!

We have a four day weekend!  I'm really happy, not just for the obvious reasons (no school for four days?  Yes, please!) but also I get to spend more time with my family, which I can't do as much when I have homework in every subject :(  I won't have trouble with not spending time with my family next year...I'll probably have too much!  I think I'll actually miss school a little, not just my awesome friends and teachers, but the actual "school experience".  But hey, homeschooling will be fun!  I'll make it fun!

On a somewhat different subject, for my school I go to now (in order to compare), I'm going to focus on a different subject each week, I think, and write about it on Saturday or Sunday.  I'll focus on what we did during the week, some of the homework assignments, and big projects coming up.  For instance, I might talk about Science Fair (which I need to get a move on) or my next big book report, maybe even a math test.  That way, when I look back, I'll see how "normal" school and homeschooling are different--and the same.
