Crazy Stuff...

Hey everyone!  I haven't really been posting much because blogger has not been working on my computer.  So finally I'm back with a lot of exciting, crazy stuff to tell you!!

First up, you may have heard that we have a new member of the family--a furry member, that is.  We are currently taking care of our friend's rabbit, Layla!  Her former owner, Sidney's sister, is going to be moving and we offered to take care of the bunny for her.

This is Layla!! :D

Second, I am going to be taking a school (aka with my old school) trip to DC soon!  We will be going lots of places in Virginia and DC itself and believe me there will be lots of pictures posted here either during or after the trip, depending on whether I have wifi and if there will be enough time to use it.  One of my friends will be going as well, along with a few other students--it will be a small group, under 20 people.  Then we will meet up with our fellow students from Louisiana and Texas so that our group will be larger and go fill our heads during the first few days of summer (which, may I point out, would be illegal if my favorite teacher was not leading our group).
The only thing I can find wrong with this whole setup is that I have to be at school at 5am to get to the airport at 6 to leave at 8.  Meaning I will have to wake up at 3am to make sure I am all ready and everything is packed and get snacks and eat breakfast and make sure that everyone knows how to take care of the bunny and how much I will miss them.  That is the kind of nervous wreck I am when I think about leaving.

This does not belong to me.  I found it online.

Lastly, of course, summer is coming up!  That means less to talk about school-wise, so my blog posts will kind of veer off-subject for the next few months.  After DC, the only other trips I know of are to the beach, and we will just stay home and hang around for the most part.  Therefore, my posts will be somewhat random and scattered.  Just fair warning :)

Found this pic on Snoodles, don't know where they found it but guessing google images :)  Not mine!

I have another post to put up soon, when I get the pictures on the computer, so watch for it!  Hopefully it will be posted within the week!

Happy Homeschooling!
